The following document is a Terms of Service agreement between the Cherryblossom-garden (“We”, “Us” or “the Cherryblossom-garden”) and the contest participants (“You”, “Your” or “the Participant”) for the Beni Arashiro Contest. Entering this contest means that you understand and agree to the following terms.
1. Contest Entrance
Any person with a valid email address is elligle to participate in this contest. By entering this contest you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have parental approval to enter into this contest. You are at all times and under all circumstances responsible for your contest entry. The Cherryblossom-garden reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason, and at any time before, during or after the contest. Any contest entries may be used as site content regardless of whether or not that entry is picked to be a winner. Only one entry per household is allowed.
2. Contest Duration
The “Beni Arashiro Contest” will be open for entries between March 27th 2006 (3-27-2006) and May 1st 2006 (5-01-2006). Entries submitted after the final date of 5-01-2006 are not elligible to win any prizes.
3. Contest Winners
Contest winners will be notified through e-mail within a week after the contest due date (5-01-2006. A minimum of 20
total contest entries is needed for a winner to be selected. Our first place prize is:

Our second place prize is:

Contest winners must provide the Cherryblossom-garden with a valid delivery address for their prize to be delivered. P.O. Boxes cannot be used.
Failure to provide a delivery address through e-mail within 2 weeks after the contest winners have been announced will result in your
disqualification. Please read section 4 for Privacy Information regarding the delivery address, and section 5
for information about delivery.
4. Privacy Policy
In order for the Cherryblossom-garden to send you your prize, we will require you to provide us with a delivery address where you will be able to receive the prize. Your address will be stored on our secure email server untill after your prize has been sent out through the mail. Your address will be deleted from our server as soon as you confirm delivery of the prize. The Cherryblossom-garden will never use your mailing address for any purpose other than to meet the requirements of this contest. We will never sell or share any personal information with any third parties. By submitting a delivery address you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have parental consent to provide such information.
5. Delivery of Prize
Prizes will be send out through British Royal Air Mail. Your prize will be
sent out in a protective package as soon as the prizes become available to us for shipping. Delivery time will vary with different locations so
we cannot garantee a specific delivery time. Safe delivery of your prize is the responsiblity of the British Royal Air Mail.
If there are any problems with delivery, please notify us as well as the British Royal Air Mail.
Unfortunately, we are not able to replace any prizes should they be damaged or lost during the mailing process.
Important: The Cherryblossom Garden and Yuna Ito.com are not responsible for any kind of import tax or other charges
issued by your government when prizes are sent through the mail. We will send the package as a gift and we will pay the appropriate fee to
have it shipped to the address you provide. Any kind of extra charges are the reponsibility of the receiver.
6. Affiliation with Beni-Arashiro.net
The “Beni Arashiro Contest” will run in affliation with Beni-Arashiro.net. Contest entries can be submitted through either site and therefore this Terms of Service is applicable to entries through Beni-Arashiro.net and the Cherryblossom Garden. Contest entries do not have to be submitted to both sites, all entries will count towards the same contest.
7. General
Any part of this Terms of Service agreement is subject to change at our sole discretion upon notice to you. The Cherryblossom-garden
will notify any contest participants of any changes made through e-mail. Your continued participation in this contest,
following notice of such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such change. If you do not agree to any such change,
you must immediately notify us that you are terminating this agreement and want to be removed from the contest.
You may not amend or modify this agreement without the Cherryblossom-garden’s prior written consent, which we may provide or
withhold in our sole discretion.
This Terms of Servies Agreement shall constitute the entire Agreement between the parties hereto. If any part of this Terms of Servies Agreement
is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Terms of Servies Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall
be interpreted so as to reasonably give effect to the intention of the parties.
